Top House Material

What is considered “top house material”? I have seen those words thrown around a lot lately.

There are PLENTY of what I would consider “top house material” in the upper mid and mid tier houses.

Maybe someone can explain that to me.

There are also lots of not-so-hot girls in top houses so there must be more to it.

And you are so right! There are super hot girls in the not “top” houses. And some really not hot girls that are in the “top” houses. I just wonder how a house gets to be known as a “top” in the tiers.

If you're hot you'll get into a top tier or upper middle it's really up to you at that point if all the top houses like you. Lots of girls don't want to join tops because they get a lot of hate just for being a top house.
