Sorority Recruitment 2024

Less PNM’s signed up for recruitment this year compared to last year and lots of them dropped out of recruitment. Quota is set based on the number of girls left in recruitment after pref round. So that’s why quota was low.
What also doesn’t help is that so many girls thought they could not sign up or drop out and do COB. What they didn’t realize is by not going through recruitment that made quota for new member classes lower and that also caused house total to be lowered. So with house total being lower there are not very many COB spots available in most houses.
I’m hoping next year more girls will sign up and not drop out of recruitment.

I am confused. With less PNMs going through recruitment, wouldn’t that mean more spots for informal recruitment?
Are all houses doing COB this year?
Which houses got the majority of the girls?
Sorry for all the questions I’m trying to understand the process better
