Nope. Not a KD. And Kappa Delta is also a top house, and with their new PC’24 they are definitely above AGD.

Actually, this is not far off. Go back 10 pages to "Sorority Ranking going in to Spring 2023" and 11 pages to "end of semester srat rankings". Telling. It was less than 2 years ago that AGD was the consensus top house, but they are falling faster than a lead balloon. They will probably be in the tier with PiPhi and ChiO by the time MC23 graduates.
Note to KD fans - even when AGD drops below KD, that doesn't make KD a top house. It only means there are 3 top houses instead of 4.
Posting the same nonsense over and over month after month and year after year doesn't makes it true. PiPhi is a nice sisterhood, but they are not rising.

Trooth, why are you not giving KD top house status?! You do speak truth about AGD falling faster than a lead balloon… but KD’s pc24 is 🔥 and they are moving this house up the ranks!

KD is still not a top house because
1. one pc alone does not make kd a top house, unless it is clearly stronger than Kappa, DG and Aphi. ummm
2. quota was so low this year that COB will have a bigger impact than usual. Still a lot of unfinished business. Especially this year, it isn't who you had at bid day, but who you initiate.
As for that ranking, I'll let the downvotes do the talking.

Ok Trooth, let’s look at this another way. KD has decent status and they did it the right way. A certain “top house”was caught dirty rushing, so I think that disqualifies them as a top house.
I mean, if you can’t win square and fair, you lose. Cheaters aren’t winners and they aren’t “top”.
KD is a strong house and getting stronger. I wish I had chose to go KD.
Also, Pi Beta Phi’s have moved up some spots and that should be recognized. They are right on the same tier as AChiO.
Gamma Phi is getting stronger as well.
AGD is going down fast and these other houses have picked up some really good girls. Then you figure in the “top house” that can win unless they cheat, and I would say the rankings need to be redone.
Kappa is still top and DG is equal to them.

Why was quota so low this year for sorority Rush? I thought recruitment numbers for PNMs were on the rise. Did something happen?
