What makes the bottom tier sororities bottom tier?

I’m rushing rn and I don’t get bad vibes from the bottom tier sororities at all, so what makes them so bad? I don’t care about looks either so don’t include that.

It is mostly from the frats ranking the sororities which is mostly on their interactions with them and looks. But can also be a little bit of gpa and volunteer hours. But mostly it’s From the guys perspectives so I wouldn’t say you should worry about it!
