What’s a chill house that’s still fun

Going through recruitment in fall and looking for a chill house, but one that still likes to have fun and isn’t like the bottom house. Just a fun, laid-back vibe. Any houses like this?

Assuming you're asking about srats, not frats and that "chill" means fun, friendly and not obsessed with status, I'd say AGD, KD and AXO for top/upper mid houses and ChiO and Gphi for mid houses.
