opinion on phi delts?
by: PNMPlanning on rushing during this summer and heard Phi Delts might be a good option to go to. What're other houses/girls opinions on them? Why do they and TKE's hate each other so much?

no sorority is bad. depends on what you are looking for and basing them off of. everyone has their own opinion on what they think are top houses

For other houses check out PiKapps, PKTs(Phi Kappa theta), SigEps, Theta Chi, SAE, Sigma Nu. For either academics, social, and good standing... for the most part.
Be careful:
Betas, DX, Delts, KS, Lambdas, Theta Xi, DUs, Phi Taus, AGR
Avoid at the moment:
ATOs, Tekes, FH, Acacia, SX

Its because its uncertain what way they are heading. Either up or down, this fall will give an idea of that.

Every year, rankings change. Some houses do 180 to 360s or stay the same. Just because one house is bad if year doesn't mean it won't be good the next year. There has been plenty of houses that were supposedly top and became bottom or even unknown the next school year. The people make the house, the houses dont make you cool.
