Yes, once upon a time. Look up Delta's Angels on Total Frat Move. But it's a new cycle of girls every 4 years, tiers change. Not all the time, but tiers change.

Maybe houses who think they are better and/or don't want Tridelts to surpass them in ranks are in denial, but they sure were a Top house. It was just about 9 years ago and I'm sure they will be a Top house in a couple years depending on their PC 14 recruits.
