Aphi's for sure then DGs I think. Kappas is pretty low surprisingly.

How can I find out the costs of each house?

To keep PNM's from ruling out houses because of price, they don't put the costs of each house up anymore which is BS.


But they have "averages" here

Aphis is the most. It's double some houses. It's a beautiful house and great location. I don't think they have a sleeping porch so this could be why it's spendy. Not sure though. Not an Aphi hater at all. I like the Aphis I know. They just need to recover from this 2013 PC drama and they'll be fine. The cost is way more than I would pay so I am glad I chose them. Sucks that you don't know the costs because my mom was asking and I had no idea. Thought Kappa would be the expensive one with their nick names etc... But it was actually lower than most. I was really upset when I heard this after. I dropped them because I assumed. So don't assume anything. I'm happy in my house though.

Aphis are the most, I have a friend in here and she can barley pay it and her parents are not too happy about it, besides dues they make you buy so much other stuff during the year!!!!! I'd choose another house, I'm happy where I am and glad I stayed away!

I checked the averages posted on the wsu pg, so Aphi and DG are among the most expensive, where would kappas, KD and thetas stand in the high to low average?

Sorry for being rude but you are ignorant to think cost is not a very real importance to people. Girls have to drop out of houses all the time due to cost. It should be given upfront because of this. Especially if it is double what some houses are. Must be nice to live in a world where cost isn't important. Hope you don't get a rude slap in the face of reality someday. Even $200 difference a month can be huge for people.
