thoughts on pc 13 with with the end of spring?

Whats your guys overall thoughts on PC13? Some say it was the worst PC in recent years. Others think it was decent or even better then previous years. Houses to keep an eye on, houses on the rise or decline? Thoughts, opinions, ideas? GO!

you can blame the PC all you want, but the older guys/girls in the chapters should be GUIDING them. It takes a village, y'all. definitely not the greatest PC, though.

Frats:
On the rise: PKT, Pi Kapp, Sigma Nu, Phi Tau, K Sigs, Sig Eps

Sororities:
On the rise: Kappa, Theta, ADPi, GPhi (If they can make grades this semester) AOPi (I think AOPi is off probation now, so who knows)

PC'13 both locally and nationwide is just awful. Houses brought in a lot of pledges who just wanted to party, and consequently are now holdovers and getting their house in trouble.
