Kappa/pi phi (both top, but pi phi more of a party house and kappas smart)

A phi was a BOTTom house for a long time! Tri delta used to be better

With the a phi and kappa drama, these are my predictions for recruitment in the fall :

Dg/agd (my prediction that these will be the favorite houses)
Kd/a phi (party girls to kd, hot ones to a phi)
Kappa/theta (snobby girls to kappa, smart ones to theta)
Gphi/ AO II ( party girls for g phi, boring but pretty ones to aoII
A chi O/ Chi o (not sure bc I always confuse these two)
Ddd/ ADPi (ones that like the look of the actual house to ddd and ones who want a leadership role to ad pi

Pi phi - will be colonizing and will prob get a mix (randoms and leaders )
