you'd have to talk to your chapter and it depends on why you dropped. But if you've been granted alum status, there's no going back. talk to your chapter or nationals.

If you are initiated and then leave your chapter, you are DONE with Greek Life. Your chapter has filed your resignation of membership with their National office. You will have to petition your National office to have your membership reinstated. They will only do it if your local chapter WANTS you. Furthermore, by agreement of all the 26 National Panhellenic organizations, no woman who pledges and initiates in one group may join any of the other groups for any reason whatsoever. Your only hope is to join something outside Panhellenic. Good luck.

most Greek Life offices automatically pull down the grades for all the members you have officially registered in your chapter. there is no "turning in" grades, in other words. I guess someone could play games with their chapter roster?
