Why do every single one of these lists seem like they're made by a PiPhi?

Ranking is correct. Some of the risings/fallings are questionable though.

This is close but KD is ahead of AXO. Was this made by an AXO?

AXO still below KD but it’s accurate that they’re ahead of theta now for sure. this is mostly accurate i don’t hate it
