Social: Phi Delt/SAE (tied) ,Theta Chi, TKE
Grades: SAE (3.18), Phi Delt (3.0), TKE (2.94), Theta Chi (2.84)
Stable: TKE, Phi Delt, Theta Chi/SAE
Theta chi is down because they haven't been partying in their house/ need to make grades or are otherwise in a lot of trouble
SAE is not stable because they no longer can have pledging. Essentially you will be initiated there very closely after you sign, which means that they can't get rid of the bad seeds in their pledge classes. very risky and will most likely bring them down. it also makes bids from them very binding, which isn't good for freshmen
I would put sae and tekes as more "preppy" and phi delts and theta chi as more "bro". pick your poison

tekes isn't "preppy" whats so ever, but the rest seems accurate.
