easiest bid and pledging

by:

I'm thinking about joining a frat.... What houses give the easiest bids and have the easiest pledging process?

About me:
- minority student
- current college student, I have like a 3.75 (junior next year)
- pretty chill
- I like to have fun, but do take my academics seriously
- I will be running track for WSU next year.

Also, I don't think I want too live in (sleeping porches don't sound fun too me and I like my privacy). With all that said what are some of the frats you would recommend for me to check out. I am not the "typical, white frat guy". I don't follow the stereotypes AT ALL.... I don't like too have one night stands, I don't like too get drunk every night, and I want to be able too do other things other than be apart of a frat.

Wow with that mentality it seems you don't understand the Greek system and want everything your way. In that pace you might not get a bid at all. And never ask about easy bids. That's just rude and makes people wish that you don't go Greek. You earn it, not just ask for a bid at will. Smh

Ummm. This is Greek Life, not Burger King, you can't have it your way. There is literally NO FRATERNITY that meets your ridiculous criteria. If you said this during a rush event, I would laugh in your face.

I could see what you mean I just think it got expressed the wrong way.... My first opinion is anything you think you know about frats, erase it from your head... Every frat will have the one or two stereotypical frat guys but most try to stray away from them. Your GPA will make you look good, lessssbereal, almost every frat is trying too build their gpa up, and with yours it will benefit them greatly. Most house are trying too become diverse, so that will also help that you are a minority. Sleeping porches may be rough but they aren't "awful".... With some frats you may not have to even live in once since your not a freshmen... Some house won't even make you "live in" but they might expect you too be a live out which means throwing parties. So beWare of that. Living in a frat can definitely be fun, but I can see your concerns. There will definitely be time for you to do other things. During pledging it will be hard ass hell especially with you doing sports but not impossible.

Houses to stay away from: ATO, TKE, and FIJI
Houses I would recommend: Pi Kapps, SAE, BETA

Good luck :)
