Are pi phi going to be living back in their house this fall !? Can they recruit? I would assume they need girls to recruit with first...

they probably won't be doing formal until fall 2015. but i'm pretty sure they're just gonna have to colonize.

Since gamma phis are getting a huge remodel, they are living in Pi phi house next year. Pi phis are coming back but their nationals isn't letting them live in til 2015 fall. They'll be recruiting out of the cub most likely

Gphis are doing formal recruitment at the pi phi house this fall, because their house needs some repairs. In 2015 spring pi phis can do informal (out of their own house, I believe). Idk about live in status though
