what do wsu greeks need to improve?

Recruit people that would be beneficial to greek life. Fraternities need to stop recruitingguys that just rage and drink and recruit guys that can actually talk to girls, have decent grades and actually care about brotherhood. sororities need to stop recruiting girls just because they're pretty. So many girls especially in this PC are ratchet, loud, and get white girl wasted way too much. instead they should recruit smart, pretty girls that care about sisterhood and will make good grades.

And most importantly, TELL PNMS/ PLEDGES THE REAL COST OF BEING IN A HOUSE!!!!!!! We always give them some BS estimate and so many people drop because they can't pay. be upfront about costs. The best things in life are free, BUT GREEK LIFE IS NOT!

It's easy to say it was so good with PC10 or PC11 and now how lame PC13 is. It definitely starts with recruitment but lots of people look good on paper. Sometimes you just don't know what/who is going to turn out to be a rat in the end. Look what happened in the APhi house? Remember the saying "attitude is a reflection of leadership". Give the young ones clear messages on what is expected. Teach them if you will. You want them to bring respect to your house? Show them how it's done!!!

Good topic! Let's go into this next year with good attitudes and stop bashing each other and start working together and be proud to go to WSU and proud of our Greek system! Each house needs to work hard on grades and remember we are in college to get a degree and start our future! We can have fun but let's remember why we are here.

I believe that the Greek system at WSU is very weak, although I believe that we all have that urge to bring it up. I think many people are scared to be leaders, they think that just because you are a leader you have to act prim and proper at all time. Guys during recruitment want to join the "rager" house all they wanna do is party, little do they know what if you are into raging you will rage no matter what house you're in. SiGeps and Betas are the men I believe will save the Greek system they tend to focus on grades and many are campus leaders. They tend to party less than other houses and this page shies PNMs to their chapter. PKT I believe is another house that will take a part in cleaning up Greek row, they are academic men and have proven to the community that it is possible to work hard and play hard, knowing this I hope many other houses aim for the same goal. PNMs reading the comments on pages like these and hearing rumors is where everything starts, us posting about how GPhi has low grades or how APhi's sisterhood suck makes them choose a house for the wrong reason, they become a less involved member and enable them to not care about anything but bashing and partying. As much as I love reading dirt on this website I know I am enabling the dark side of Greeks at WSU we should all start by being centered focusing on self improvement.
