are dry houses actually dry?

Do most houses fully follow this. Or is it just something they say.

By Administration rule they are supposed to be dry, although people have their own alcohol and so on. Consider practically every house save for a few to be a "moist" house.

Basically anything thats loud or big enough to be investigated will not happen at a dry house. All other alcohol will be concealed. There are a few small exchanges which slide though.

all the sorority houses are dry and while some girls may try to sneak it in and hide it, the sororities are much more hardcore about the dry rules of their chapter houses. The fraternities .... well, that's another story, I think.
