These are the rankings and the prediction for fall next to their name.

Key:
Going up = Can make a move or is just improving
Decline = moving down or is losing it
Limbo = can go either way or stay, to close to call
Stay = is either stable or inst going anywhere

Frats:

TOP: SAE(top house), Theta Chi(limbo)
Lower top: PiKapps(staying), PhiDelts(limbo)
Upper Middle: PKTs(going up), SigEps(limbo), Delts(decline), Sigma Nu(going up)
Lower Middle: KSigs (staying), PhiTaus(limbo), Tekes(decline), Betas(limbo)
Bottom: everyone else.

Sorority:

Top: DGs(top house), KKG(staying)
Lower top: KDs(stayng), AGDs(limbo), APhi (decline)
Upper middle: Thetas (going up), AOPi(staying)
Lower middle: GPhi(limbo), AXO(decline)
Upper bottom: ADPi(limbo), XO(staying)
Lower bottom: SK(staying, bottom house), Tri Delt(limbo)

Um no.... Tekes isn't the top of the lower middle, their really in decline. Their PC 13 Sucks.

I realize im missing ATOs and Lambda Chi.

ATOs would be upper Middle in decline
Lambdas in lower middle with limbo

The top houses switches around depends on what you like. but mid to bottom rankings... ADPi Above XO? and Tridelt under SK? and AOPi above GPhis? hahahaha I love it. This is so funny

I think i got to mention this but, the names order after their tier. Doesn't actually mean if one is better then the one after(well except for the Top tiers, i didn't really care about the other tiers order). I just placed the names under the believed tiers. You guys are over analyzing this... SMH!

But for the stupid here is a summary:

Top houses:
SAE and DGs

Bottom houses:
SK and FH/SX and Acacia...

Decline:
Frats: ATOs, Tekes, Delts
Sororities: APhis, AXO

Improving from little or a lot:
Frats: PKTs, Sigma Nu, KSigs
Sororities: AOPi, ADPi, Thetas
