what will the new rules mean for next year?

What do you think this hammer down by President Floyd will mean for this upcoming years rush? Will it hurt it significantly?

essentially no more parties in the physical house unless they don't host freshmen. freshmen bring a lot of revenue to the house therefore most likely a lot of houses will be dry.

The Greek MIP rate and alcohol-related incidents will now jump gdi. They will see after that Fall semester that no matter what there will be parties, just now they're making it more dangerous to do so by forcing liveouts.
