Whoever made grades is top in my book because that means they won't be slapped with penalties from Greek Life.

Top: SAE,Theta Chi.
Lower Top: PhiDelts, PiKapps.
Upper middle: Delts, PKTs, Sig Eps, ATOs.
Lower Middle: Sigma Nu, Betas, KSigs, Tekes, Lambda Chi, FIJI.
Bottom: Everyone Else

Sororities:
Top: DGs, Kappas.
Lower Top: AGD, APhis, KDs.
Upper Middle: Thetas, GPhis.
Lower Middle: AOPi, AXOs.
Upper Bottom: ADPi, ChiO.
Lower Bottom: Tri Delts, SK.

After the recent letter sent out. Here are my predictions for the future rankings for frats. (Most likely after Fall recruitment or the year after)

Frats:
Top: SAE, Phi Delts, PiKapps
Lower top: Theta Chi, PKTs, Sig Eps
Upper Middle: Delts, Sigma Nu
Lower Middle: ATOs(If not gone), Betas, Tekes, KSigs
Bottom: Everyone else

AGAIN THIS IS JUST A PREDICTION! NO INTENT TO OFFEND ANYONE! IS THAT CLEAR? GOOD!

This list is so wrong.... Just look at Crimson Cougs for a more accurate ranking. Only an APhi or Sigma Kappa would argue its accuracy.
