TOP
AGD - rising
A PHI - no change
DG- falling

UPPER MIDDLE
KAPPA- rising / no change
KD - falling
THETA - rising

MIDDLE
AXO - falling / no change
PI PHI - no change
AOPI- rising
GPHI- falling

BOTTOM
CHI O- no change
ADPi/ TRI DELT- no change
SK - somehow falling

It’s almost impossible to rank considering the circumstances but based on what I’ve seen this is accurate except AOPI should be down tied with ChiO.

Agree and I doubt THETA is rising and I think Aphi and AGD are tied
