Did a Billionaire who was Greek go to WSU?

I heard from different sororities that someone who was a billionaire in his 20s actually went to to school here at WSU who was Greek and went on date-dashes including New Kids on the Blocks with SAE,AGD, and A-Phi along with Monopoly with Theta Chi, Pike, and ATO.Is this true?

Closest guy we had was Paul Allen who was either Sig-ep or Nu, other then that nah.
