Tekes(General), SAE(Mostly by other frats), Delts(Rude and disgusting to some girls). SAE is the only decent house of those three. the other ones are loser houses.

and of course the bottom tier houses like FH, Sigma Chi, and Acacia

I feel like SAEs are the Kappas of the frats. Hot guys but dont go crazy with the partying. Keep things chill and classy.
