sophomore going through sorority rush
by: WorriedIf I choose to go through rush as a Sophomore, does that hurt my chances of getting as many invites back to houses than if I had rushed as a Freshman? I'm just worried that some of the houses I really love will end up dropping me because of that.

A few houses prefer freshmen, but it shouldn't be that bad. I know GPhi's took quite a few sophomores this year. Just make sure your grades are good you have good conversations and your cuts shouldn't be that bad. Also, don't fall in love with a house before you even go through recruitment because that just leads to disappointment. It's cliché, but go through with an open mind and things should go well.

I think you should be fine, I know a girl who got a great house and went in this year as a sophomore. All the houses are great and give them all a chance because there is great girls in all of them.
