What does Alpha phi look for

Hey! So I am rushing this fall, and my top sorority pick so far is alpha phi, what does alpha phi exactly look for? Like do they care about your major, whether you relate to their philanthropy...etc? I'm trying to figure out if i should bother have it as my top choice or not or if I'll be a good fit. And what fraternity do they hangout with?
