Is it too late for me to join a frat?

How's it going everyone, I'm a nontrad on my third year now. I'm alittle older than everyone else. I worked on a rig for four years after high school in north dakota where I cleared close to six figures a year but got in lotta trouble with blow and escorts. Was charged and went to prison for three years but been sober ever since and was off probation at record pace. Since I didn't get a background check at the university no one knows I served time. But I'm older than the other kids and my beard and tats can be intimidating. Is it still in the cards for me to rush?
