How do I join a top house

I was wondering on what I have to do to join a top house this summer/fall coming? Top houses like sae, tke, pi Kapps, and even Theta chi. All other houses to me are irreverent tbh and wouldn’t bother joining.

Honestly to girls, or at least my house we don't really see frats as "top houses" like yea sure there are popular houses or houses that play better music or their selection of drinks but its really up to the girls and her friends who they decide "top house" is in their mind. There are groupies for every frat and in the girls mind their fav frat is their "top house"
