steps for informal?

So I know it's a couple months until it's time, but what are he steps I should take into doing sorority informal? Do I send an email to Pan and ask them what houses are doing it?
There's not very much info on the Pan website about it, so i'm not exactly sure what to do.
And how does informal work? I heard it's invite only...

Im a guy, but this might be somewhat similar or helpful. i would email pan, and ask which sorority are doing informal. from their you should look for email contacts of recruitment chair for that sorority, but i highly recommend texting them, because many don't check their emails often. as for the actual process ask pan for how it works.
as for any guy wondering for guys, you can do the same thing or just contact the recruitment chairs and ask if their doing informal. for guys its very casual and informal. as for girls, its considered informal, but not as casual as it is for guys. hope this helps.
