How to know if You Real?

How I know that everything is real and not all made up? Where is proof that I'm not living in a movie being played out for a 100th time? How I know every one is like me? What if you are images in my mind and I'm trapped in dreams. Where am I really? I woke up in this life but I don't choose this... What happen before I have memories? Who was I before my earliest memory as child? Was I only real when I can talk and feel good? Where am I when I sleep? Was I same as yesterday or what if you are big faker?
