Can I rush in the fall if I'm in a wheel chair?

My life has been harder than most. Was in a car accident at only 12 years old. Hated how people always looked past me or called me virgin mobile. Used to think I was on the wrong end of the joke. Not anymore, this is the day I become cool. I'm going to try out for a sorority. One problem though, I'm in a wheel chair. Can my dreams still come true?
