Is there an actually secret fraternal society that runs the WSU system and it is true they actually sacrifice a cougar in their ceremony? This can't be true, can it? No way. This society even said they elect whoever they want and can do what at WSU.

It's not a lie. The freshman who actually does gets their entire college career paid off with a scholarship and gets the best paid jobs networking. After that, they join the Freemasons and Knights of Pythias.
