frat recruitment
by: WsucougI am transferring to wsu in the spring and I want to join a fraternity, how do I do that? Is there informal going on? What ffrats do informal? Which ones should I avoid??

I've had the same questions about the different fraternities and how they're looked at throughout the greek community. You can do a little research through this and it's pretty easy to find the non biased answers.
I'm transferring for next Fall, so just to add to this. What are the chances of a transfer getting a bid to someone like SAE? Or what are some other suggestion for Summer rushing? I'm not interested in only "top tier" and I don't care how hard they "rage". I'm rushing to become a brother where I belong, not a fratstar.

Most "good" or "socially relevant" houses summer sign guys and hardly take any during formal. So your best bet is to talk to guys you know or went to school with that are in a house at WSU and go to their summer events.
Also, you can contact the recruitment chairs and say you're interested in joining. A lot of them have Facebook groups for summer signs.
And IDK about SAE, but I have a friend that was a transfer that got into Phi Delts this year.
