This is an overall ranking, not on partying and looks by its self. Also lower top and upper middle tier can be easily debated according to ones experience with those houses. Non ranked house are not placed into a tier since their not recognized by the school, for now anyways.

(On the Rise)=Noticeable improvements. (On the Rise Slowly)=improving, but nothing big. (Falling)=is going downhill. (Falling Slowly)=going downhill, but can easily be fixed.

AGD us not falling and neither is GPHI. Stop hating. Also , KD is below AGD and no way is AChiO they high

How is DG top? It wasnt anyones top in my rhogam group. They have a bad rep for being easy. Top was KKG and Aphi. KD was great if you like to party A LOT! AGD was also tops.

Looks to me as everyone has their own opinion and does it really matter? Just as long as your happy where you are - just remember we are WSU - we are COUGS and we are GREEK and lets have a fun year and everyone get a long and lets party! We all have some good and some bad! GO COUGS! First home football game this weekend lets show how we care about our school!

All rho gam groups had different opinions. The girls in my group liked DG, A chi O and gamma phi... Prob because they had friends in those houses. I honestly really liked girls in almost every house which I think says something positive about our greek system

Are average looking at best. Only ranked that high bc if grades and involvement, but are not that popular to party with bc they are uptight

Pikes are about to be completely non existent. Since they lost waffle their only liveout is pancake and all the parties are outside... What are they gonna do when it's cold in Pullman aka a couple weeks

I liked Lamda, ATO, SAE, and PiKapp's, but I've been told to stay away from atleast Lamda's. Why is that? Also I haven't had the privilege of seeing any of these houses on a normal day when they're not dressed up. So what are your thoughts on each as a house?

im also a interested in joining a fraternity this upcoming spring. i went thru recruitment, and check out the houses, got invited back, but something came up financially with stuff back home. so decided to put it off till spring. it sucks not to be in a fraternity this fall, but i had to make a sacrifice. personally my favorites were Pikapps, PhiDelts,and Theta Chi. while ATOs, PKTs and SAE were a mixed bag meaing thhey left an impression, but i don't like or dislike the houses. while tekes and lambdas were absolute no. from the relevant houses.

from the ones i mentioned:
PiKapps: pretty chill, liked by all the sororities, care about academics (but don go over bored) and are classy for the most part. their not fratstars, in case that matters to you.
PhiDelts: Top house in Greek row (with eh exception of Pikes), best parties in the row, most of the guys are chill, liked by most of the sororities, fratstar level below pikes.
ATOs: liked most sororities( monopoly might be the main reason) some guys are very chill, while others are huge dbags. but know how to have a good time, and know how to party.
SAE: loved by almost all the sororities, chill guys, good in academics. also their not fratstars. their kinda like PiKapps just different vibe with the guys.
Theta Chi: most chill guys i met. like by most sororities, academics is alright. knows how to party.
All these fraternities have done stuff together.
