I’m a sophomore girl and I’m from Washington but I’m transferring from a big school in the south. I was wondering how spring recruitment is like here and what houses are participating?

don’t spring recruit. formal recruitment is worth it

Formal rush because you will meet every single sorority house. You're not going a bid basically spring rushing or informal.
