what ever happened to smaller houses?

Whatever happened to smaller houses on Greek row? I know they not in the radar anymore but I personally think they are getting pushed out like sigma chi and FH... that’s still a fraternity right (lol)?

Reading that makes me think you either don’t even go to wsu or aren’t in Greek life because everyone on Greek row knows sigma chi is building a new house which costs like $6.5 Million so confused on where you got your idea that they were getting pushed out from?
