A chi o- haven't met many of their PC 13, but seem cool
A phi- typical a phi... Kinda stuck up but pretty
A di pi- better than usual, but I heard some dropped, above SK
Theta- ones u have met are nice. Need to get out more
A o pi- thought they got a good PC but nobody ever sees then so who knows
AGD- PC 12 is way way better looking than PC 13!
DG chill girls but not as hot as their usual
KD- Hit and miss, don't seem to be as drunk as last years PC though
GPHI- got mostly party girls... Not sure this will help their grades
SK- yuck
Kappa- pretty girls, wish they went out more
Chi o- better PC than PC 12... Some cute girls
DDD- random as usual

Overall kinda disappointed with the new PCs and most of the cool girls I have met dropped out of recruitment and are waiting to pledge so maybe solid spring PCs for many houses

SAE: the friend zone quality guys, some girls love to hangout with them and are considered cute. going up
Theta Chi:Party guys, chill, but disgusting house. going up
Lambdas: Try hards. going down hard
Phi delts:considered the top house by many, big party room, some are douchy and some are cute. top already
PiKapps: nice gentlemen type of guys, cute, not much of a party house compared to theta chi and phidelts. on the rise
tekes:used to be cool, now just a bunch jerks who take advantage of girls and try hard to be cool and fail. going down hard
PKTs: cool chill guys, some are cute, but aren't much of a social house. on the rise.
Dsigs:real, chill, laid back, but pretty sketchy. on the rise
sig eps: the better looking version of lambdas, really annoying arrogant dweebs. some are cute. going down.
Betas: really chill, and classy when compared to other houses, not much of a party house. going up
Ksigs: just became wet again, so will see... even though i have notice some improvements. on the rise
sigma nu: the average type of guys.
theta xi: dirty house, chill guys, overall improving. on the rise
Delts: rude, typical meat heads. dirty house. going down
ATOs: one word sanctions! and their really rude. going down

Your way off, girls love delts and ato u just sound like u have a personal issue with them. Also even though pikes are unrecognized they are still far more relevant then the majority of those houses

If you like to study and are nice: kappa, theta or chi omega
If you are a good girl who is well rounded: a o pi, DG
If you like being the popular hot girl: a phi or AGD
If you like a diverse house with many different types: DDD, ad pi or SK
