Because pi kapps is a top house but they’re typically considered unattractive/not super fratty guys like tkes/sae. They’re usually used by those two houses for their physical house, this is just a tier below situation of that. Pi kapps will hang with delts because delts are an unthreatening, even lower tier/worse looking frat that offers them a new party room, and for once pi kapps are the ones getting the girls

I mean ya, but delts aren’t that low of a house like PKS was. I don’t think PKS was even mid tier when they were being used. Delts are kinda upper mid and actually do events with decent sororities, not like PKS at all.

Delts are no where near upper mid and this was made just to highlight that pi kapp hangs with delts (they just use you guys for your house, upper mid houses still refuse you guys)

This happened when pks came back, theta chi/tkes/sae used them for their house, same thing
