Any chapter that is under quota (the number of members allowed in each chapter by Panhellenic) is eligible to participate! It depends on how many members they accepted during formal recruitment, if any members dropped, etc. Pan usually puts out a form to fill out with your contact info if you’re interested in informal recruitment, and they’ll send it to all the chapters that are recruiting, or you can email individual chapters’ recruitment leadership team (listed on panhellenic’s website).
