This list is solid. I would put Sig Ep and Pikes lower. They have more of a national presence and Sig Eps does pretty well with girls but they’re a ton of weird ass dudes in both those houses.

Greek row's social scene doesn't stay the same because you say it does. If you haven't noticed, usually the last house that knows they've slipped is that very house.

Bro the size of the physical house doesn’t matter at all. The 2 top houses TKE and Theta Chi have relatively small houses compared to other houses on the row, but are still the best. That’s just a sorry excuse phi tau
