sigma chi, new house

Quick question. With Sigma Chi building their new mansion, will it bring them higher in the rankings by a lot next year? Like I knew it was going to be big but seeing that thing in person it brings a whole new feel to Greek row it’s really cool!

The answer is no, it’s not the appearance of the exterior but the guys that fill the interior which they don’t seem to have high standards on.
