spring fraternity ranks

I’m tryna formally sign to a good frat house in the spring semester and I know the basic houses to stay away from lol but still could use some help

Recommendation is don't spring sign, it is very competitive. Rush during summer session because honestly 90%+ of fraternity members are recruited during summer. Just talk to the guys in the house and if you feel like they don't click with you, go visit another house and they will give you a bid.

There isn’t formal recruitment in spring brah but sign farm house they’re sick

Good houses for parties: PKS, Lamdas, DChi, theta chi, phi sigma, phi tau or tkes.

Good houses for brotherhood:
Sigma pi, AGR, Farmhouse, phi tau, Sig ep or kappa sigma
