I think some of the top tier houses can be interchangeable. It's going to take a while before how the MCs are ranked. Every MC change the rank of the houses.

It’s probably dumb to even spend time talking about bottom houses but Sigma Kappa is definitely a lot better than Adpi and Tri Delt. they’re stil far away from the next level of houses but it’s not even close.
