advice for rushing frats

EVERY frat will try to say they’re a top house, when really there’s only 8 decent frats or so. Talk to girls in top houses and note if they’re wet or dry, dry houses are never top but there’s like 30 frats and all of them still have parties just not as frequently as the big houses. Also a big thing to see who’s lying is look at the amount of members and attractiveness of the frats. Frats will also attack other houses so don’t believe what they say (this is huge)
Wet houses I can think of - theta chi sae sigma nu lambda tkes pi kapps lambdas Fiji,
Look at the looks of the guys, wet/dry, amount of members, and lastly ask girls in top sororities. Summarized it there.

Sig Nu is dry, but they have D chi (kinda), they have it split with ato now so we will see how that works

I mean Dchi is a frat, so yes they’re wet. Makes ato wet for however long they share it too.

Agree with above but don’t judge frats too much by attractiveness. Some of the middle/top middle houses don’t have the best looking guys.
