sigma chi new house!

Haven't seen anyone talk about this yet so here it is. Sadly the house won't be finished until next summer according to the article but I'm excited to see it completed!

I wonder how much the new house will affect their recruitment efforts. I know that when Pi Phi came back they seemed to have no issues recruiting well because they got access to the cute "doll-house" again. Crazy how much a building can influence potential new members.

What do y'all think?

If you are joining a fraternity or sorority just because they have a "nice" house, you shouldn't be allowed to be greek. What is up with you? Why do you keep talking about yourself because it is really obvious you are a Pi-Phi.

Phi Phi had several issues coming back. They’re one of the bottom houses. Realistically they’re worse than anyone but the bottom 3. But with all the hype they give themselves people have considering them amongst the middle houses.

Supposedly they are saying they are building this summer next to Pi-Kappa-Alpha, Sigma Chi- and Alpha Phi in the parking. They completely lied about building the house earlier than it was so you would need to ask a Si-Chi.
