why is alpha-phi considered the worst house at wsu?

To be completely honest and straight, why are people defining a sorority house of Alpha-Phi when there were a few bad people. None of us think Alpha-Phi deserves the hate they get here. Just because a few girls in former PCs were bad and terrible people, not all Alpha-Phis are like that. On a tree, if there over a hundred apples, just because a few of them are rotten, does that make the entire tree bad and not worth harvesting?

1738(Cognac) is just a girl or girls in Alpha Gamma Delta (Delta-Beta) Chapter who is french and hates Alpha-Phi who lives on B-Street. No guy would ever actually waste their time arguing with a sorority. It's just a sorority girl or sorority girls who are really angry at Alpha-Phi. Yes, the sorority house of Alpha Gamma with the chair in front of Alpha-Phi.

Yes, the house right across from SAE and Alpha-Phi. Yes, the sorority house of AGD which has the parking lot in front of Theta-Chi and next to the church.

It's the truth and some girl who really hates Alpha-Phi for the rejected bid.
It's some super smart girl who really knows a bunch of various topics and starts arguments with everyone. She or them are just lying to destroy Alpha-Phi's reputation.

They even tried to convince to SAE to cancel New Kids on the Block with SAE, Alpha-Phi and with Alpha Gamma Delta.
