help for a guy wanting to rush

I’m rushing this fall and I’ve been told that the best 3 houses are TKE SAE and Theta Chi, can you guys give advice on which one to rush. Specifically what kind of guys, what kind of social/party opportunities each offers, and what kind of limitations (university sanctions for example) that each house has. Any help is much appreciated

The big houses especially the top 5 might sign 3-5 kids during formal, so if you haven’t been hit up for summer signing you probably won’t get a bid, just being realistic
