Exactly, I don’t get what’s wrong w their ranking? They’re a good upper middle house and likely to stay so after recruitment

AGD is a diverse top house with almost all hot girls
I’d say KD is way more split in terms of looks then some of the other mentioned houses. There are som really hot ones and some pretty plain and avg looking but they have good personalities
AXO is mostly hot especially the newer PCs and they party hard with mostly all upper mid frats
Theta is reversed so their older PCs are more attractive than the newer ones. Also split with half the girls staying in/ studying and the other half partiers. Hang with similar houses as AXO
