recruiting out of state

Im heading to WAZZU this fall from SoCal, and Im wondering if there are any fraternities that tend to recruit more (or avoid recruiting) out of state students ? Ive heard that the greek system is pretty wide-open for everyone, but i was hoping to get some advice. Anywhere you'd suggest looking at or anyplace you'd recommend avoiding ? Any thoughts ?

All the big houses typically summer sign 90% of their members. (Sae tkes pi kapps Signu theta chi ffiji lambdas) so it might be difficult in that regard but just ask girls what to think or read these reviews but do so modestly cause people usually are only on here to attack other frats. Also u can hit up recruitment chairs over fb before rush week and try to get signed to one of those big houses

that’s a fair question and I would say that some fraternities do more in state recruiting. I’m from so cal too and I would say to give all of the houses a fair chance. Also check out sigma nu and ask for cuatro!
