Pi Phi was the top house until they were shut down for hazing

Answering the frat part. Frats literally never move unless serious events happen, for example Fiji randomly got wet and went from bottom 10 to in the top 8 over a two year period. Frats get shut down or big events like delts flooding / year of so pro which gave them two years of bad recruitment, ato went dry. Since I’ve been here not a single bad situation has happened to sae so they’ve stayed #1 but all other top 5 houses have fluctuated, before the hazing last year signu was considered top 3-3 and is back to bottom top. Only house which casually rose to top without a weird situation was pi kapps which slowly became a great frat and hasn’t had any issues

Frats do Change a lot depending if they are dry/wet what their liveouts are. They get shut down or in trouble so easily they are just a more beat down group compared to sororities. Sororities don’t change so much because they try and recruit better and better each year but it’s hard to break out of your rank if girls go into recruitment all trying to be #1. Frats have more ways to recruit which is helpful.

Sorority rankings don’t change because the fraternity men who rank girl houses often use stereotypes for houses that they haven’t even interacted with.
