Not answerable because there is no way any fraternity house on greek-row possess all four conditions you mentioned. Maybe one or two of conditions can be met but not all four.

Backyard: reeks
Indoor: PKS if they’re having a biad or triad, signu for a live out and convenient location
Cleanliness:HAAHAHA FUNNY
-space: PKS is probably one of the biggest but pi kappa have cool rooms

Pikes has the biggest and nicest party room on campus with the biggest house on greek row, best backyard is FIJI,cleanest house would be anything thats dry( sig nu, sig eps, PKT
